We ship within 1-2 working days. You have 30 days to return, and your first size exchange costs nothing.

Returns and exchanges in three steps
- Fill in the form Enter your order number and choose: return or another size.
- Send the parcel You get an InPost code and leave the parcel in any locker, with no label to print.
- Done We send the new size straight away, and for returns we refund you within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.
Items must be unworn with the label on. One size exchange per order is free; a return costs 12 zł (the InPost code).

How much is delivery?
InPost parcel locker 14 zł, courier 19 zł, collection from our Łódź workroom free. From 300 zł, delivery in Poland is free. We ship to EU countries by courier for 59 zł, free from 600 zł.
When will my parcel arrive?
Items in stock ship within 1-2 working days. Parcel lockers and couriers usually deliver the next day.
How do I return an item or change the size?
You have 30 days from delivery. Fill in a short form, get an InPost drop-off code and leave the parcel in a locker. The first size exchange in an order is free. A return costs 12 zł (the InPost code), and we refund you within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.
Can I try things on before buying?
Yes, at our workroom in Łódź, Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00. Message us the day before and we will have your sizes ready.
How can I pay?
BLIK, instant bank transfer, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. In this demo shop only the test payment works, and it takes no money.
What if I am between two sizes?
Enter your measurements in the size finder and choose how you like clothes to fit. If you are still unsure, order both and send one back free as an exchange.
