- Bust at the fullest point, with the tape level under your arms.
- Waist at the narrowest point, usually 2-3 cm above the navel.
- Hips at the fullest point of the hips, feet together.
- Measure over underwear, with the tape snug but not tight. Between two sizes, choose the larger one if you like a looser fit.
